Welcome to CYBERKIDA DIGIERA PRIVATE LIMITED. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

2. Proposal Validity

  • All proposals are valid for 15 days from the date of submission.

 

 

3. Working Hours & Support

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST

  • Weekends & Government Holidays: Only message-based support is available. Emergency support is provided on a best-effort basis.

 

 

4. Company Representation

  • When a representative attends a merchant meeting, the client should verify the person’s identity using:

    • An official employee ID card issued by CYBERKIDA DIGIERA PRIVATE LIMITED, or

    • Other company-issued proof of employment.

 

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Website/Application Projects:

    • 60% advance required to begin work.

    • Remaining payment must be cleared before the website/application goes live on the main domain.

  • Digital Marketing Projects:

    • 100% advance payment required before work commences.

  • Payments must be made to the official company account.

    • Payments to personal or third-party accounts are not valid.

 

 

6. Project Timeline and Client Responsibilities

  • The project timeline begins immediately after the first payment is received.

  • Delays in content submission or approvals by the client may extend the delivery date.

  • Initial drafts are followed by a 72-hour window for requesting changes.

  • After final delivery:

    • You have a 24-hour testing period for reporting bugs or requesting adjustments (free of charge).

    • Minor changes after the testing period will remain free.

    • Major changes will be charged additionally.

 

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy for service-wise conditions.

 

 

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • All deliverables are provided digitally.

  • No shipping charges apply.

 

 

9. Revisions & Modifications

  • Changes must be requested within the defined revision windows.

  • Revisions outside the agreed project scope may be chargeable.

 

 

10. Confidentiality

  • All client data and information will remain confidential.

  • No third-party disclosure without written client approval.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

  • Deliverables are the property of CYBERKIDA DIGIERA PRIVATE LIMITED until full payment is made.

  • Full ownership transfers to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified.

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side delays, third-party vendors, or force majeure.

 

 

13. Jurisdiction

  • All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

 

 

14. Policy Updates

  • CYBERKIDA DIGIERA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, update, or change any terms, conditions, or policies at any time without prior notice or approval.
