At CYBERKIDA DIGIERA PRIVATE LIMITED, we primarily offer digital services including Website Development, Digital Marketing, Application Development, and Graphic Designing. As such, most of our deliverables are electronic and do not require physical shipping.

1. Shipping Policy

• No shipping fee is charged for any of our services.
  
  

• All service deliverables (such as designs, websites, applications, reports, etc.) are shared via email, cloud storage links, or through secured client portals.
  
  

• Turnaround and delivery timelines are discussed and confirmed during the project onboarding process.
  
  

2. Exchange Policy

• As our services are customized and project-based, exchange is not applicable.
  
  

• In case of any dissatisfaction or required modifications, we encourage clients to reach out to us within the project duration to discuss revisions, which are handled as per the service agreement or project scope.
