Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CYBERKIDA DIGIERA PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in Website Development, Digital Marketing, Application Development, and Graphic Designing. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

1. Digital Marketing Services

• Clients may cancel the service within 3 calendar days of project initiation.

   

• An 80% refund of the total project amount will be processed if canceled within this period.

   

• No refund is applicable after the 3-day window.

   

2. Graphic Designing Services

• All graphic design projects are non-refundable due to the creative and customized nature of the work.

   

3. Website & Application Development

• Clients may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days of project commencement.

   

• A refund of up to 90% may be issued based on the work completed.

   

• No refund will be applicable after 7 days from the project start date.

   

4. Subscription / Recurring Payments

• For services under subscription or recurring billing, clients will be informed at least 3 days in advance of any upcoming renewal or charge.

   

• If you wish to cancel a recurring service, please do so at least 2 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

   

• No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the renewal date.

   

Important Notes:

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to care@cyberkida.com.

   

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original method of payment.

   

• Costs incurred from third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, licensing, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
