Terms & Conditions

By engaging with the services of Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited through any of its official platforms, the client agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all service agreements, transactions, and engagements with the Company.

2. Proposal Validity

All proposals and quotations submitted to prospective or existing clients shall remain valid for a period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, the Company reserves the right to revise or withdraw the proposal without prior notice.

3. Working Hours & Support

Standard Business Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST

Weekend & Holiday Support
Support during weekends and government-declared public holidays is available on a message-based basis only. Emergency support requests will be addressed on a best-effort basis during these periods.

4. Identity Verification

When a Company representative is scheduled to visit a client or merchant for an official meeting, the client is advised to verify the representative's identity through a valid, Company-issued employee identification card or other official documentation issued by Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited. The Company bears no liability for interactions with individuals unable to produce valid identification.

5. Payment Terms

Website & Application Development Projects

• 60% of the total project value is payable in advance prior to project commencement.
• The remaining 40% must be settled in full before the project is deployed on the primary (live) domain.

Digital Marketing Projects

• 100% advance payment is required before any work commences.

Important Payment Guidelines

• All payments must be made exclusively to the Company's official registered bank account.
• Payments made to any personal or third-party accounts will not be recognized as valid and the Company accepts no liability for such transactions.

6. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities

• The official project timeline commences immediately upon receipt of the initial advance payment.
• Delays caused by the client — including but not limited to late submission of content, approvals, or materials — may result in an extension of the agreed delivery date.
• Upon delivery of initial drafts, a 72-hour revision window is provided for the client to submit change requests.
• After final delivery, a 24-hour testing period is provided at no additional cost for the client to report bugs or required adjustments.
• Minor changes after the testing period will continue to be addressed at no charge.
• Major modifications, feature additions, or changes that fall outside the original agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

All deliverables under any service agreement are provided in digital format. Physical shipping of any kind is not applicable. No shipping charges are levied on any service or deliverable.

9. Revisions & Modifications

• Revision requests must be submitted within the designated revision windows specified in the project agreement.
• Revisions that exceed the agreed project scope or are requested after the defined revision period may be subject to additional charges.

10. Confidentiality

• All client data, project information, and business communications shared with the Company shall be treated as strictly confidential.
• The Company shall not disclose any client information to third parties without obtaining prior written consent from the client.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

• All creative deliverables, designs, code, and developed assets shall remain the intellectual property of Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited until full and final payment has been received.
• Complete ownership of all deliverables shall be transferred to the client upon receipt of the final payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any service engagement.
• The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failures attributable to client-side actions or inactions, third-party vendors, or force majeure events beyond the Company's reasonable control.

13. Governing Jurisdiction

All legal disputes, claims, and matters arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

14. Policy Updates

Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, or update any terms, conditions, or policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
