Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 10 May 2025
Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited is committed to delivering exceptional quality across all its service verticals. In the interest of transparency and client trust, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all service engagements.
1. Digital Marketing Services
- Clients may request cancellation within 3 (three) calendar days of project initiation.
- An 80% refund of the total project value will be processed upon cancellation within the stipulated period.
- No refund shall be applicable once the 3-day cancellation window has elapsed.
2. Graphic Design Services
- All graphic design projects are strictly non-refundable owing to the bespoke and creative nature of the deliverables.
- Clients are encouraged to provide detailed briefs and timely feedback during the revision stage to ensure satisfaction.
3. Website & Application Development
- Clients may request cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days from the official project commencement date.
- A refund of up to 90% may be issued, determined proportionally based on the volume of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- No refund will be applicable after the expiry of the 7-day cancellation window.
4. Subscription & Recurring Payment Services
- Clients subscribed to recurring billing arrangements will be notified at least 3 days in advance of any upcoming renewal or charge.
- Cancellation of a recurring service must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic billing for the next cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after the renewal date has passed.
5. Important Notes
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally in writing to care@cyberkida.com.
- Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval, to the original payment method.
- Costs incurred through third-party services — including domain registration, web hosting, software licensing, and payment gateway fees — are strictly non-refundable.
