Shipping & Delivery Policy

Cyberkida Digiera Private Limited exclusively provides digital services, including Website Development, Digital Marketing, Application Development, and Graphic Designing. All deliverables are electronic in nature. No physical products, goods, or printed materials are dispatched as part of any service engagement.
1. Digital Delivery
- No shipping or courier charges are applicable to any service offered by the Company.
- All project deliverables — including but not limited to designs, developed websites, applications, reports, and marketing assets — are shared electronically via email, secure cloud storage links, or through a designated client portal.
- Delivery timelines and handover procedures are confirmed during the project onboarding and briefing process.
2. Exchange Policy
- As all services are fully customized and project-specific, exchanges are not applicable in the conventional sense.
- In the event of dissatisfaction with a deliverable, clients are encouraged to engage with the Company's support team within the active project period to discuss revisions, which are handled in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
3. File Delivery Issues
If a client encounters any issue related to file delivery, access credentials, or errors in received deliverables, the matter must be reported formally to the Company within 3 (three) business days of receiving the final deliverables. Concerns raised beyond this window may be addressed at the Company's discretion.
